Hello, need advice about jps financial.
They are harassing me for £380 because I did not sign and return a letter I never received. Had an electronic one now after I advised them this.
I have nothing to claim but this is after they stated it was no win no fee.

Is the invoice for a Breach of contract ? Is the letter they want you to sign just an update third party authorisation for a claim that is currently with them ?

I have just received a letter from my jps finance saying they have investigated one of my credit cards but because it has come apparant that I have already attempted to claim ppi back on it they are now charging me £380 for work carried out

"2.6 Where you have failed to advise us of important information associated with an account which you have instructed us upon, for example that a previous claim has been made but you failed to tell us of this, then we will charge you a reasonable fee for work done on that case."

You should ask them to breakdown the £380 charge and what work they have undertaken. Send a SAR to the lender as well to see if they did actually receive any contact from JPS.
