Just get in touch with us before the 13 December and we will cancel the transfer. As we will no longer be able to progress your claim, you can decide to continue with your claim on your own or with a different third party. If we are already in receipt of a copy of your mortgage file from your lender or broker we will arrange for this to be sent to you.
