  • Ccj with a company no longer existing

I have a ccj from a company called claims4you (not claims4u), I have recently been trying to clear this debt but it seems the company went into liquidation last year and there is no telephone number, email address or forwarding solicitors to pay this debt to, how do I go about paying this debt and clearing it from my credit file.

Do you have their address or companies house ref ? Unsurprisingly their are a few companies with similar names so makes a difference if it's claim4you or claims4you or claims 4 you - none of the ones I've looked at so far are in liquidation.

If so this is the accountant so if you're trying to get it paid off so it's marked as satisfied you could try contacting them...
