    A few questions:

Which financial company is DCBL chasing you on behalf of? It sounds like Bank Smart to me.

Did you sign any contracts or letters of authority with any PPI claim companies?

Could you post or type out what the letters actually say please?

Does the DCBL letters state that they are not acting as enforcement officers, or something similar? If so then they are merely acting as debt collectors, NOT bailiffs, and can probably be safely ignored.

        Thanks for your reply,
        this is what happened
1- on the 05/05/18 I signed a lettre of authority
2- in July-August they send me a lot of lettre asking me to sign a new lettre of authority because the first one was invalid I didn’t respond.
3-in September they start threatening with bailiff and asking me to pay £374 x4 for each account,or sign a new LOA.
4- In 20/09/18 I sign a new lettre of authority to them then cancelled it 01/10/18 with in 14 days like it stated in their T&C.i tough I will solve the problem but they refuse and send me a bailiff lettre again.
5- I called Lloyd’s bank remove them from the case start dealing directly with the bank.and got awarded some money.
6-the bank by mistake send the a copy of the decision and now they saying they won the case for me and want 30%+vat.
hope I was clear please tell me what to do
        thanks

Was the CMC called 'bank smart'?

Did they get a county court judgment against you ?

They cannot send a bailiff unless they have a county court judgment against you. If you only signed up with them in May I doubt they'll have a CCJ. And you'd have received court papers in any case.

If you can do a photo of the letter they - or DCBL - have sent you ( cover personal details) it will help us help you reply.

Well, it's not bank smart then.... Assist Financial https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/...ddate=99991231

DCBL are acting as debt collectors.... not bailiffs. They have "recommended to our client the commencement of legal action against you" so there is no CCJ.

What date did Lloyds send you the letter with their offer on ?

( I note they accepted your cancellation of the third party authority on October 4th but sometime between then and the 19th wrote to Assist with the offer ? )

DCBL wrote on the 1st October - so before Lloyds had made the offer in any event - so what was the £372 for ? was that commission or the cancellation charge ?

Loyds bank send me the decision 19/10/18
                  DCBL asking for cancellation fees
the last lettre from assist management asking now for over £6000 commission because loyds send them the decision by mistake.

Bloody hell, how much refund did you get from Lloyds ? About £18k ?

Have Lloyds admitted they made a mistake in communicating with the CMC after you withdrew authorisation ?

Hmmm well, you did the wrong thing signing that second letter of authority ( I'm sure you know that anyway ).

How did you cancel within 14 days ( of that second letter of authority ) ?

Also did Assist actually do anything to raise your complaint with Lloyds ? ie. did the refund offer come because of work Assist did ?

I sign the second LOA because I thought I will get rid of them by cancelling it with in 14 days.
I’ve cancelled the second LOA by email with in 14 days
No assist management found I had PPI with loyds after I told them nothing more.
i did everything over the phone with loyds

How did you come to talk to Lloyds about PPI - did they call you after contact from Assist or did you call them ?

Probably wish you'd accepted and paid the cancellation fee now.... but you weren't to know that. I'm just going to post the LoA on here for some feedback on the cancellation issue.
