  • CMC FEES

I signed up with a CMC company in April 2018 ref a PPI Claim. At the time there fees was 36% if successful. The PPI Claim is on going with FSCS. Since signing up the Fees I see the Fees have been capped. Can my CMC still charged at 36%

If you signed up before 10 July 2018 yes the original fee stands I'm afraid. Is it 36% plus VAT or inclusive of VAT ?

Is it wefightanyclaim ? ( just as I know they charged 36% )

Is it Claim4you https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/...y=-1&status=-1 ? or Claims4u maybe ? ( as you can imagine it's a bit of a popular name for CMCs - if you have the web address or CRM number it'll help lol )
