  • Claims2Gain / Hardwick Financial Solutions / Consumer Claims LLP

Some movement in the company set up and organisation for Claims2Gain recently.

Claims2Gain was originally a trading name of Hardwick Financial Solutions.

Hardwick are in Administration ( https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07078019 ) and are being investigation by the Claims Management Regulator under section 35 - AND have recently surrendered their authorisation ( https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/...ddate=99991231 )

The Directors of Hardwick are/were Hubbard, Sankey and Sheedy.

Claims2Gain's website states they are now part of Claims 2 Gain Ltd ( https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10608035 ) who are not authorised by the MOJ CMR. Claims 2 Gain Ltd directors are also Hubbard, Sankey and Sheedy.

Their website also states they are a 'partner' of Consumer Claims LLP ( https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/OC379404 ) who are authorised with Claims2Gain as a trading name ( https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/...Claims_UK_LLP/ ) of which Sheedy WAS a director until April 2018.

My colleague is being harassed day and night by Claims2Gain. They send texts linked to https://claims2gain.omnisign.co.uk/ and leave messages asking them to call 01942 409795.

Has your colleague ever given in and signed the omnisign page?

Do they have any emails from them at all? Check Junk folders.

Have they ever had any contact with them before ? A cold call ? Entered any info on their website ? Asked for info via the 'myoffers' website ?

It may also be worth checking with a lender, one where there might have been PPI or bank charges that might have inadvertently been entered on some 'Check if you had PPI' website, whether there has been any third party authority set up in Claims2Gain's name.

A letter, hardcopy rather than an email, asking them to remove details from their system and cease contact would be a good start if there is no relationship and they are simply being harassing. If there is some kind of relationship then they will need to cancel, and look carefully at what the situation is to see if there could be any cancellation charges.
