I read this the other day, it isnt all the WoW headline proclaims and I'd seriously recommend reading the judgment in full before thinking that your home in scotland is safe if you are facing reposession.

Delayed by 6 mths, that could give enough time for the owner to sell and get the max profit out of the property before the mortgagee gets there hands on it to auction it.

Not an average Scots consumer struggling to pay arrears on a mortgage and getting reposessed by any stretch.
