      lol, thanks, really it is just sensible - if one case got through at the county court it would have to go to appeal (no maybe's on that one, the bank would appeal it) and that could easily lead to something precedent setting.....they will just bat them back as hard as they can until a case gets to the high court that they can win and they will throw everything they have at it to ensure they get the right result (for them).
