Yup, still here but fighting my Court now over a technical issue over the submittance of my Amended POC. They are trying to get my DRAFT Amended POC served as a final amendment.....I even have the Court letters and replies to my N244 app to prove I'm right in this matter. Still seeing the Office Manager this Friday with copies of my final amended POC for serving on the Court and Defendant.

It's not as if I have enough fights on my hands without the Court becoming one of them to!

Still, lil wubs is annoyed, stressed and up for a fightypoos......

Will let you know how I get on......it'll happen one way or the other that I get my Amended POC final edition accepted. :beagle:

thought it was a bit weird putting a draft POC in that wasnt really a POC but a strike out defence/amend claim application but am sure you'll get it sorted. You will be given a bit of leaway as a LIP. Have they actually allowed your amendments based on the draft or is that still under consideration pending your final proposed POC ?

How is the final POC looking now ? Hopefully my comments helped a little bit (even if you ignored most of them lol)

Yes they allowed them in total.

Yes you did help immensely Ame, it was in your role as devils advocate that you did the best

I cut out the majority of the Law and made it so personal and concentrated on one Law.

I'll send a copy to you privately once i've submitted to Court. It's a case of banging some Court Admin Staff's heads on the wall first, bless 'em

The draft amended POC yes....have submitted the AMENDED POC now (in it's final non-draft guise with a few of the amendments you kindly pointed me to and I'm just awaiting the Court to stamp the copy and send it back to me to re-serve on the Defendant.

It was going before the Judge today (Monday) so hopefully I'll hear by the end of the week.
