Help please

thank you in advance for helping me

I'm in a pickle in 2013 roughly I used quickquid well I don't remember if I paid them back or not if I'm honest.

basically just thought I'd check my credit report as I'm about to join a job I need a clear report and on the 24th August 2018 I revived a CCJ from Motor Mile finance Ltd or now called lantern. I revived an email from them saying they own the debt in January 2018 but ignored it (was in my junk folder)

well I now have a CCJ I've moved house and didn't receive anything about the case but I know have it.

i want to call the court tomorrow when they open and I want to bring up a defence. What can I do or say please.

I really need this job and want it so much and I can't do it with a CCJ so I want it removed it's worth noting I guess that I've not been told they changed to lantern just a Google search would they not have had to tell me ? They have my email address so they have a form of contact.

Okay, so did you receive the claim form? And if you didn't why not?

What have the court said about it?
