Cancellation Rights

Being as this contract is a service contract for a membership scheme We offer a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period during which time You may cancel the agreement: Services are provided immediately following signup meaning cancellation within 14 days will result in a reasonable service charge being applied. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of day’s membership used

If you wish to cancel your 30-day membership please login to your portal using the username and password from your welcome email and click My Account. Under My Account you will see a cancel account button, simply click this and follow the onscreen instructions.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of request

The services provided within the membership may include Us: providing an introduction to a variety of financial product providers that We choose; insurance introducer appointed representative for non-investment insurance contracts; introducer to debt and property adjusters/advisers, utility switching agents, compensation advisers, credit and prepayment card and bank account providers, introductions to discounted services and other services which We may vary from time to time. We are not responsible for any services howsoever provided by any of the third party providers and are not responsible for tax or legal advice regarding the services and You must rely on Your own expert advisers in those fields. By asking Us to provide You with services through Your membership You authorise Us to use your details to assess the services We will provide and to share those with the appropriate third parties, in line with Our Privacy Policy. These services and their introduction are not bound by the term of the membership period.

So basically they charge £67.76 for the privilege of flogging your details to any Tom, Dick or Harry.

You agree that We may retain any fee from any third party made to Us in the provision of the Services.??DisclaimerWe may pass your details on to third party companies including finance lenders and brokers.?

This looks like some of the drafting has made it into the finished T&Cs ! Unbelievable.

Another firm doing a similar thing is I-loansdirect.co.uk who take £54.99 & £4.99 every month thereafter. Though their site is shut to new customers now.

CREDITMAZE - £69.75. - shut to new business who are owned by the lovely, subtly named company '' Click4profit Limited '' which they have just changed to Loan and Credit Solutions Ltd . Their Director has a lovely list of companies to his name.

Also LOAN WIZARD who charge £69.85 for 30 day 'membership'

LOANS DIRECT UK of course - £69.75
