      Good evening all

      Just poking my nose in again, but HSBC did something very similar to me almost at the start of my claim,and they were aware of my financial difficulty even then!

      I had just filed the claim against them, and someone called me from HSBC and said I was over my overdraft by £2.89 and could I pay in some funds, I said no I could not afford it and they offered me a personal loan on the spot!

      My point is simple - HSBC are very hard nuts to crack, mainly because they create a VERY good paper 'smokescreen', and generate enough sheets of the stuff to clear a small rainforest!

      My advice - contact Michael Easthope at HSBC, I did and got some (limited) action, at least it is worth a try. (Many thanks to those who recommended this to me..)
