Can anyone help me. So stressed and fed up. Wrote to court about "hardship" and court still stayed action. I am in debt and work as a temp contractor which ended in February. No work and no income. Very distressed.

You need to contact your bank, not the court.
Have you written to you bank claiming hardship? Have you filled out an income and expenditure form? What are your debts?
Sorry lots of questions..lol The more info you can give us the more we will be able to help you. Sorry to hear you are out of work, I was made redundant in October so I know how tough it is xxxDragging myself and my family back into the light with the help of Beagles.
