RECENT SUCCESSFUL HARDSHIP CLAIMS
Hopefully this brief outline of successful hardship cases will give potential claimants an idea of what constitutes hardship, and also show that if you persevere the banks will help you under the hardship criteria. ALL of these payments are INTERIM and the remainder of charges and interest will become payable on the successful conclusion of the test case. All these threads are on Legal Beagles in our Hardship Forum. There are also other successes I haven't yet reported here. I have tried to summarise the main issues and the outcome of each case.
