    :beagle:Hi i submitted a claim for bank charges with Natwest in november'07.Since then i am on a debt management plan with a debt charity.Who have set a payment plan/proposal for an exceed on my overdraught limit.Which natwest accepted last year.:tinysmile_cry_t:

    :beagle:Hiya again i submitted my claim for bank charges, in nov'07 with natwest bank.They still haven't settled, i know the court case is on hold.But i'm in financial difficulties, and when i spoke to natwest last week.They put me through to debt collections ,after i told them i wanted my claim looked at .Under the hardship waiver!!So i don't know where to turn, as i'm desperate...:tinysmile_cry_t:

    Hi garfield

    I'll move your post to the hardship section.

    You need to write a letter to natwest explaining your circumstances and asking for your complaint to be reviewed under the financial difficulty exception in the waiver.

    Have a read of some of the threads in this section of the forum and you should get a good idea what they are looking for. You will also need to do a full income expenditure form (which you can find in the GUIDES section of the site)

    If you would like some help post up some details of your circumstances or a draft letter and we'll give you a hand
