      Interesting they class it as "OFT FH" which I assume id Office of Fair Trading's Financial Hardship criteria and not one reference to the FSA hardship????

                  I assume this is in response to the MSE article on Nationwide and exceptional circumstances?
                  Their policy is similar to the one mentioned above ie hospitalisation, etc,etc,
