    Tom Brennan is representing a hardship claimant at a stay lift application hearing in Brighton today.

              Unfortunately he didn't manage to get the stay lifted but it was close. He was up against the same judge who put the stay in place so was effectively reviewing his own decision

              A real shame as the claimant is on the verge of loosing his house.

                What a shame, especially as it looks as though some one else may lose their house.
                I was just reading how their is a mad rush on reppos, as the rules change Nov 17th.
                It makes you feel sick it really does.

                  Was they not able to get a partial refund under the hardship rules.
