I received an email on Monday from a compand called CCS debt collection agency. I thought it was a spoof/phishing email and ignored it. Today i got another one.
They are chasing for money from Vodaphone. I'm not with Vodaphone. I think my daughter had a plan some 4-6 yrs ago. We paid by DD. Never missed a payment. Ended contract and moved on.
I've had no official letter by post! Only in an email, which I will post below

So is this a real thing?
If i ring the company will i be opening a can of worms?
If it is official, surely I would have it in writing?
Im really concerned I'm going to have debt collectors on my door step.
The first email said i had 7 days to acknowledge, but this says same thing! Surely this one should say 4 days 😕
Would Really like some advice pls.
