If you don't put in a defence, Lowells will get a default judgment.
They have commenced a court claim; now the most important thing is the court's timetable.
You have various choices
Defend in full
Defend in part (details in court claim pack)
Admit the alleged debt is correct & make an offer to pay (details on court claim pack)
Do nothing & get a default judgment against you.

you STILL NEED to acknowledge (if possible) on MCOL with the intent to defend!! If you don't they'll get a judgement in default

If you can acknowledge TODAY on MCOL then do so ... it gives you the time to speak to Lee Vodafone Company Rep etc... before a defence needs entering xx

Kati thank you 😊 this is so confusing. I have no real defence but I can defend if MCOL lets me OR I can admit half which is the discount Lowells offered at Christmas time...?.. If it goes to court I'm unsure what reason I could give. Thank you I will try now 😊

acknowledging with the INTENT to defend doesn't mean you have to enter a defence now (you could come to an agreement any time up to - and including the court date) ... it just gives you (and Vodafone) a chance to get all the paperwork in order xx
