They refused to check phone until I had screen fixed..it was only a scratch and was nothing to do with internet. I'd had internet issue from day 1. Reported it at shop..then online chat. So, it will just be me breaking contract by stopping paying. 😕

                          Did you ever rise a formal complaint with VF or did you only deal with their disastrous customer is always wrong department.

I think it was online customer service and chat. I still have chats too..saved. Can I still send in acknowledgement form despite it being past date ?

                              !8th April + 14 days + 5 for service.

                              I make that Sat 7th May, so Monday 9th by 16:00hrs.

                              Best check that though; my math is cr......bad!

                                That's a problem 4-5 days late the claimant may well have applies for summary judgement.

                                What was the issue date on the claim form (N1)?
