IMHO

You should acknowledge the court claim asap. (Full details of this are in the court claim pack).

Perhaps then it may be a good idea to contact Lee Vodafone & inform Lowells.

You can request (in writing) a 28 day extension to the normal time limits; if Lowell accept, you will need to inform the court

That Vodafone are looking into the complaint, so could Lowells please allow time for that.

They can refuse, but it would look bad for them in court.

An extra 28 days is allowable if both sides agree - the Defendent needs to inform the court.

I have tried to use Lee's Vodafone Form- but it does not work on PC or Mobile so I can not seem to contact him. Meanwhile I will ask for 28 day by posting the court for extension ?

You have to agree an extension with the claimant/solicitors and then notify the court of the agreement.
Have you acknowledged service of the claim?
