    Got a letter off cabot saying its not enforceable blah blah, where do i go from here?

      Keep that letter safe.

      you've put your defence in already haven't you, so a case of waiting for notification from the court if they wish to proceed. If not you should get a notice of discontinuance. If it gets past about a month since filing your defence its worth checking with the court if they have heard from the claimant, and then with that unenforceable letter you COULD apply to strike the claim out.

        Unenforceable Until the agreement or a Compliant Reconstituted agreement is produced.

          Yes have put my defence in, ok will wait a month and contact courr if nothings happened.
