Sigma Red is a t/a name.

      http://www.sigmared.co.uk/

Clanchatton Birmingham Limited trading as Sigma Red, Grosvenor House, Prospect Hill, Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 4DL

As a t/a, Sigma Red cannot take anyone to court.
Only the debt owner (either the original creditor, or an assignee * ) can do this.
Imo SR are a just a debt collection agency acting on behalf of.............someone else.
(Clanchatton also appear to be only involved with debt collection, not debt purchase, but I could be mistaken)

      * A blast from the past - But still relevant.

            Re: paying a debt

Did the court say how old the CCJ is?

Paying the CCJ will only mark it as satisfied so check that is satisfactory with the rental company - so you don't pay this tmobile debt then still get turned down.
