You can do, but you can leave them blank ( the ................. bits) - it is a ''suggestion'' for the court, they will just write their own ( which will likely bear no resemblance whatsoever to yours ) ... but you have to attach draft directions to the N181. Fill in the XXXXX bits though.

A quick update I received a letter from arrow global today along with my £1 postal order saying they do not accept that they are the creditor as envisaged by the above statute. However they are willing to assist with obtaining the consumer credit act 1974. They confirm all collection activity will be suspended pending provision of the documents.

            If I may
the letter that was sent for SB is factually incorrect in that it matters not if they write to you within 6 years, what matters is that no written acknowledgement or payment is made within 6 years from the COA

I know this doesn't help the OP but no one seems to have picked it up

                Sorry ignore me
                I misread your letter

I can remember being told a few years ago that SB involved the company concerned contacting you which is not true

                    Dear stupid,

Thank you for your letter of xxxxxx the contents of which are noted. I note specifically your claim that Arrow Global (be exact about the name here) are not the creditor. I have compared this name with that on the claim form and i note they are identical. With this in mind, upon what basis are Arrow Global suing if Arrow Global are not the creditor?

If Arrow Global are not the creditor then i would advise that the claim be discontinued in order to save on costs.

                    Yours etc

See I though I was being really slow but I was sure they would be the creditors, seeing as they stated that in the letter I received from them after submitting my defence. Thanks for clearing that up

No doubt they are the creditor.
