          I don't think Sixx83 has one.

I forgot to take a copy of the defence that I sent back to the court as I was in a rush to send it back
How did you send it? By post?

So sorry I panicked and didn't copy it . But I got a template letter and attached it to the letter that I found online and coped that and sent it. I also Stated that I never received any letters or a default notice as I've only been leaving at my current address since 2012, but while I was looking through paper work I found my tenancy agreement and I wasn't at my current addresses at that time. So they could never have sent me letters at my current address in 2012

Okay, transferring a £700 bog standard credit card money claim into fast track is very unusual so really need an idea of the defence to help argue it should go to small claims, and work out why it's been put in fast track.... fast track is for over £10k or COMPLEX issues of law. If it was a simple ' I believe this claim is statute barred' then that would be fine but I worry a bit about templates from t'internet - Would you be able to look through your internet history possibly ? could it have been a letter that mentions stuff about tripartate novation deeds and the like ? getoutofdebtfree website ?

The problem with fast track and multitrack is there is a much larger risk of costs if anything goes wrong.
