Hi I have had £2100 worth of charges from Halifax. i am sending info to the small claims courts regarding this. do I have a good chance of winning i had overdraft charges of £35 unpaid cheque charges unpaid direct debit debit charges etc.

Unless these charges have caused an high degree of provable hardship success is unlikely in my opinion.

What do you mean "sending info" - you need to formulate a claim if you believe you have one.
But you will lose.
A court will not be able to make a decision in your favour because you plead hardship. The FOS might.
What is your question anyhow? It is a statement as it stands?
