  • Time limits to respond to a notice of application hearing.

Hi, I have a date for a hearing of the Claimants interim application, this is a multi-track case. I intend to respond both with a witness statement and skeleton argument. Does anyone know what the rules are in terms of how late before the hearing date I must serve the other side with my response. Thanks Tony

Witness statement is 14 days before the hearing unless ordered otherwise.

Skeleton arguments before 10am on day of hearing but better 2/3 days prior.

What is the application for ?

Hi, The Application is for an order for specific disclosure by the claimant in a multi track case. The hearing is the 3rd August, and the court served me the application notice on the 16th July via normal post. So I cant reply in 14 days and obviously need time to prepare. Thanks Tony
