    Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation

Def needs a letter writing to Lloyds about the history of the account. Nothing else in the SAR stuff that helps? screen note records etc ?

Actually - can you see on the transaction lists what date these £15 / £17 withdrawals started - and how does that correspond to when you stopped using the account ?

So they're charging me fees, then charging me for the fact that they've charged me. I've included the transaction list document.

So only child benefit is being paid into the account as I've forgotten to remove it. Is it considered statute barred ?

          Message back from Lloyds

Okay. If you call our PhoneBank team on 01733 347 007, my colleagues should be able to look into this in further detail. ^RC
( usually they ask you to ring when they run out of answers lol) I'm not convinced that will work with an old closed account so have asked.

I think so, the Child Benefit isn't being paid BY you but it is an amount belonging to you being paid in towards the debt each month.... so it might be arguable.

                Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation

I think we should look into these cash withdrawals as a separate issue to the stat barring and child benefit. Obviously if someone has withdrawn £17 every month over a couple of years that will have ramped up the amount of the debt and charges/interest attached to the account. I'm trying to get a contact for you to discuss it with.

                  Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation

Okay, been talking with Lloyds and they have spoken with the relevant branch but no clues... he suggested taking the documents into the branch so they can have a look and work out what the transactions were. Lloyds have already sold the account on so they aren't interested in getting money from you or anything like that. So you could do that or write to them detailing the issue ( that you didn't make cash withdrawals over that period).
