Hi everyone, I made a SAR request from Lloyds due to a county court claim by Lloyds/Cabot. I'm trying to figure out whether I'm statue barred or not, but they haven't explained all their transaction notations. Does anyone know what P-FSC means for money going out of the account ?

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
They are meant to send a glossary for their notations... good to hear you got the SAR stuff back
I'll ask Lloyds on Twitter what that means,....#staysafestayhome

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
No idea ... you could however complain that as they haven't given you a list of what each transaction notation/reference means they have not fully complied with your SAR (and give them 7 (?) days to rectify it before you go to the ICO)Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

Question from Lloyds about the P-FSC bit - Does the transaction amount match a transaction you've made in a branch?#staysafestayhome

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
There is an amount leaving my account every month for £17 which has transaction code P-CSH. This amount used to have a code P-FSC at some point. But I do not know what it means, I thought perhaps P-FSC might provide more information. I wouldn't go to a branch every beginning of the month and withdraw this amount. Besides it looks like this used to be £15 and it was increased to £17 at some point and it went on for a few years.

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
I'm lost. There is no way I would go and withdraw £17 from my account at the same time every month. It's not a direct debit or standing order as that would have a different code so Lloyds is making some sort of a withdrawal. So is it some kind of a charge or fee ?

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
Just waiting for Lloyds to come back say what P-FSC actually means - they guessed it was to do with an in branch withdrawal so that's a start .... we should then sort out writing a letter to Lloyds to ask for an explanation of the 'cash withdrawals'.
The claimant is only relying on the payment IN to the account of Child Benefit aren't they for the statute barred claim so it doesn't seem to be affecting that, although those monthly £17 withdrawals will have obviously affected the balance now being claimed.#staysafestayhome

As these are 'passbook' transactions - I don't suppose you have a copy of the passbook ?#staysafestayhome

Re: Lloyds Transaction Notation
I think what they have been doing is charging me a certain amount every month, which I suppose is interest, as its description is 'Debit of OD INT Charges', then charging me £17 for the fact that this interest has been deducted from the account, as they consider to be a withdrawal of cash from the account. So it's a charge for charges :tinysmile_cry_t:

There's no passbook, I don't know why they're calling it passbook
