Well they got away with £17k for your previous van... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

There are certain things that SHOULD be there, and tbh BPF won't have any reason to withhold anything, whereas the intermediaries may well miss some bits out, as it would be them in the firing line if something is amiss. If they do miss things off you can complain to the ICO (information commissioner) and they can enforce compliance.

They do get 40 days to respond so needs getting sent asap xx

Hello.
I have to get a sworn Affidavit drawn up Is there a certain type of Solicitor that I should be approaching. I have phoned 4 local Solicitors who state that they don't deal in this type of thing.
