Loan Options this company needs to be closed down !!!

Please can you help me. On Tuesday the 29 April 2014 i went on their LOAN OPTIONS web page to try and get a loan they took £67.76 out of my bank account when i phoned them they said to go back on the web and get a refund. I requested this but still NO money back! I cant phone them as i dont have any cred left on my phone and they took my last bit of money! I have e-mailed them 3 times now to phone me but still no one has! Ive gone back on to their web page and now its telling me that my e-mail address is no good and i dont have an account with them anymore so now i have no way of getting hold of them! This company is Disgusting and should be closed down !!! All i want is my money back!!! Please can someone from ur company look into this for me i dont know who to turn to next. I would like someone to get back to me about this complaint and get my money back!! Thank you Lynn Harley.

If you have cancelled they will have closed your account and the refund takes up to 7 days to appear back in your bank.

If you wish to cancel your 30 day membership please login to your portal using the username and password from your welcome email and click My Account. Under My Account you will see a cancel account button, simply click this and follow the onscreen instructions.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of request
