After a bit of advice....I had a CCJ placed on me Jan 2009 by above, which then went back Mar 2009 as they wanted to place a charge on my house. They lost at the second case. I just wanted to know how much court costs could possibly be? I have not missed any payments and remember the judge saying no more charges or interest could be added. My dilemma now is that I believe my balance to pay is approx. £420 but Drydens Fairfax are claiming the balance is over £2000! Any advice on this would be gratefully received. I have requested a full break down and will look form my paperwork as sure kept it.....

Re: Natwest/RBS/Dryden Fairfax and CCJ
How much in total was the judgment for?
And does the judgment state no further interest or charges?
What are you paying monthly ?
You've done the right thing requesting a breakdown.#staysafestayhome
