  • Is this CCA correct

    Hi and good evening
I sent Lowell Prove It letter and they have responded with what they claim is the original Credit agreement.
What they have sent me says Vanquis Bank Credit Card
    Pre Contract Credit Information

It has The name of the creditor and the address
Then at the end, it says signed by with my name printed and date
Then someone else signed it too, but their signature is dated 8 months after I allegedly signed this
nowhere on the agreement they sent me does it have my name or address. except for the signed part at the end
They have also sent me what looks like a printout of transactions. On the face of it, it looks like it is from Vanquis but now looking at it, it is actually a printout from Lowell, and they have just typed my name and address
How can I tell if this the correct CCA that they have sent
    Thank you

SAR and request all transactions and a true copy of the original signed agreement where you applied for the C/C.

CCA Request send to lowells if you have not done with a £1 postal order get proof of posting.
Subject Access Request Letter - no charge to vanquis / copy to lowells - they have 30 days for SAR and 12+2 days for CCA before unenforceable until they supply = vanquis records can be problems for them?
