Robinson way loan nearly 10 years old!

So after nearly ten years of avoid a personal Loan with HSBC (£10,000) moving addresses, sofa surfing, unemployment and being a general idiot. I’ve got my life back on track been employment for 5 years and had a very basic account with Santander but last week I received a letter from Robinson way saying I owe £7500 pounds ( I payed back £2500 before losing my job and rented property) any advice would greatly appreciated thanks!

What year did this loan default ? and that £2500 was before you defaulted ?

best to stick to the one thread - seems like you likely want to be writing to RobWay and telling them it's statute barred but treble check dates ( default date / last payment date / or termination date if the loan was left to run its term ) - I'll merge threads xx
