  • CCJ Consent to Set Aside Template

    Good afternoon,

I'm new here so if i'm posting this in the wrong place please let me know.

I've started another thread fully explaining my situation but basically - I've recently found out I have a CCJ from Lowell Solicitors and I would like to contact them directly to ask for their consent to have the CCJ set aside but i'm not sure what to say. Is there a template for this anywhere I could use? Thanks in advance.

Starting a new thread is not helpful, please continue in the old thread here: http://legalbeagles.info/forums/foru...ut-about-a-ccj

Really sorry, I had posted on the original thread on Sunday but haven't had any response so thought it was being missed.

In that instance just bump it by commenting on it again. Weekends are sparse around here, I myself don't come online at weekends. I've answered on your main thread.
