What's the issue with the letter ?

It all sounds fine to me Just hang fire till it's statute barred and then you can tell them to cease contacting you.

I sent the Credit card Agreement template letter requests out to them in March 2018, they cashed my £1 cheque but never replied or sent credit agreement. I sent them the reminder 2nd template letter in April and they responded as can be seen from the enclosed uploaded documents.
I have copied and pasted onto the site for your your comments. Should i stop making payments now to this account as there is no Credit Card agreement?

And yes, you can stop making payments.... they will likely ramp up ringing and letters but if you feel it is harrassing you, you can tell them to stop. Otherwise it is a case of waiting for it to be statute barred and tell them to cease contacting you on that basis.
