Lowell's - Provident Loan

Hi Everyone
Could someone possibly give me some advice re Husband's old Provident Loan?
Due to family circumstances and unemployment (me)! both of us have run up some debts. We have decided to withdraw some of our pension in order to pay off these and have offered creditors a full & final. I am working again but have run up so many debts that it is impossible to pay them all back 100%.
He owes £1450 and has offered £800 but Lowell's have come back to us with this below. Any advice as to what to do would be greatly appreciated!

Did you just make the offer through their website or did you write to them, snail mail, and make the offer ? They have to check you aren't borrowing to repay, so it is always worth saying that you have a small amount of money available to attempt to sort out your debts and are making pro-rata offers to your creditors ( if that is what you are doing ) - they want your IE sheet to see if you can repay the full amount over a relatively short period so they can weight that up against settling for 50% in a full & final.

Have you sent them a CCA request at all ? Any disputes on the debt ? ( worth raising those too with your settlement offer ( WITHOUT PREJUDICE ).

Did you take proper advice on withdrawing sums from your pension btw ? ( just checking you're okay )
