Sounds that way. One guy is saying his creditors havent been paid since 2009 despite him paying DCM every month.

Especially when you see the reports of a fair proportion being owed 4 or even five figure sums, plus having CCJs/charging orders because of the maladministration and non-payment to creditors.

Presumably one of those that grabbed the recent attention of the OFT, and they've decided to bail out?
