late in the process, some feeling they were in a worse financial position
than before they contacted the company
• Customers noting that creditors were being paid late by the fee-charging
company, or not at all
• Creditors noting that there was considerable variation in the standard of
financial statements received
• Creditors’ concern about high levels of fees and charges

About time, but I bet it amounts to nowt, after all these "people" are freely advertising on national media.
One I heard on the radio recently was for Kerobo who charge upwards of £500 per claim !!!!!
