The CRA cannot remove or amend the entry a CCJ is a matter of public record not a normal credit file entry.
The only way would have been to apply for judgement to be set aside but this has to be done swiftly after
the judgement is made.
The previous request yo made and the original agreement are of no consequence as the judgement supersedes
the agreement.
If you want to do anything it must be addressed to Capquest as the owner of the debt and after 5 years they
likelihood is they will not be interested.
Offering to pay the debt off in full may be away around this but the entry on credit files
will be marked " satisfied" and remains on file for 6 years from the date of the judgement.
