      The problem stems from the fact that when debts are sold in portfolio lots the agreements are not provided to the debt purchaser and
      if accounts are more than 6 years after closure the original creditor has no obligation to archive them.
      Details of the debts in minimal when sold little more than names/addresses/contact details/OC's name/account No./balance OS.

        Well, they dropped the ball on this one with their accusations of arrears. I'll be someone down in that desolate, despondent office is Kent is ruing the day they wrote that letter!

        Think that's it for now. Just going to leave them to fester. It's nice to teach these clowns a lesson from time to time.
