    I submitted a cca request to Lowell which was signed as received on April 24th. I received this reply letter a few days ago. should I respond to it or just wait?

    If you're not in any rush to obtain the CCA I'd just wait. Have they threatened court action?

          Funny enough that some of their replies do not have a telephone number written however they write ''Please do phone us on .''
