HI folks! I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and a happy new year! Now just to work off all that turkey! So after sending my letter with an offer, they responded declining it, and I put forward a slightly higher offer to which they also declined. I then went down the route of putting in a CPUTR to see if they could confirm if the original creditor has the original documents, or at least to see if they could confirm whether it was held. Thus far they've not said yes or no, and seem to think I want to put in a requestion under Section 77/78. (Pretty sure they mean an SAR). I'm now in the process of informing them I want a simple yes or no. Though so far, it seems they enjoy copy and pasting. Half tempted to set up an automatic response to them if it's the same email. Two can play at that game, the only difference is...I don't have to waste my time responding if it's the same drivel!
