I was paying a sum to a company that dealt with my accumulated creditors but they recently informed me they dont do this service any more just prior toem doing so I was being harrassed by a debt collection Agency on behalf of un-Welcome Finance called DLC I refused to even talk to them and as the company I was using to pay my debts has as stated above ceased to do this service I have received a Letter from DLC saying that it is a payment plan confirmation and that a payment plan has been agreed. This is a lie I have never made any arrangement to pay this company anything The sum they have asked for is beyond my means as I am unemployed and have been for three years. They are saying I agreed to pay £14.75 a month where as I was paying £15 per month in total for all the debts I owed and have not heard from the other creditors that were being serviced. Any Ideas?

Would it not be that the company dealing with your accumulated creditors made this payment plan on your behalf prior to ditching you?

Yes I employed a company to mange a debt payment plan
