Re: Malakai26 v Halifax
Do you mean Blair, Oliver and Scott by any chance? If so, they are in-house debt collectors for the Halifax/BOS group, as can be seen on this page: http://www.blairoliverscott.co.uk/payment.htmlOriginally posted by Malakai26 View Post2) Halifax I owe £7,130 they passed it to Blair Oliver and Stone Ltd but this one still seems to be owned by Halifax
That means the debt hasn't been sold. If memory serves me, you were going to send a CCA request to these guys. :noidea:

Your memory is spot on. I haven't heard from them for ages just been paying my £5 token payment. Should I wait to send the CCA request till I receive any letters, or just send it anyway? :decision:If memory serves me, you were going to send a CCA request to these guys. :noidea:

Re: Malakai26 v Halifax
Up to you whether you are happy to keep paying £5/month indefinitely (and the debt never going SBd as long as you keep doing so), or whether you want to see if there is a chance of stopping payments and letting it go SBd if they can't produce a compliant agreement. No need to stop your tokens while you wait. I know what I'd do (actually, what I have doneOriginally posted by Malakai26 View PostYour memory is spot on.
