So this one, I have received these letters, standard Hello/Goodbye letters (Thanks Flaming Parrot)

I pay a token £5 payment on this account also. Should I send a CCA request now to Marlin or wait for them to send me some further communication?

You can send the CCA request any time now, Marlin will be the new owners on Monday and they've introduced themselves, so why not hit them with the request? Keep paying your tokens while you get a response. :thumb:

Have you looked into the areas PlanB suggested on your other thread? Or does that not apply to your loan? :noidea:

I looked into it, they say on their website that accounts with 16 numbers are not affected. My account is 16 numbers, so by that I would assume that it doesn't concern me, although I may know more when or if they send the agreement ray2:

Do log the calls you receive, even if you don't answer them. :cell::cell::cell:
