    Lloyds *should* have obtained the agreements from TSB when they merged, in theory at least. Given the card is over 20 years old, I wonder how a recon was so easily obtained. :noidea:

    My old A&L card was from around that time, sold to MBNA in 2002, defaulted in 2010, no agreement was available, not even a flimsy attempt at a reckon. :tape2:

      Well I've just received a letter from Capquest informing me that enclosed is the info as requested from Lloyds...........it's exactly the same recon cca they sent a few months ago! apparently my account is on hold fod 14 days then they wilk refer it baxk to the collections dept..........I'm getting dizzy.......I take it I wait for a letter from the collections dept?

        Indeed! Sounds like they've backtracked a little, from a LBA back to the collections dept...

          Well as you can tell my last post was July 2014 and I've not heard anything else since then and the debt is now SB. It sure does pay to persevere...........................I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help and support of guys like you though so a huge thank you for everything :beagle: dogged determination wins out.....................
