That's certainly true, if it were to be served on a bank. I was wondering if it might be served on a regular client of the company.

    The defendant is Bajoran.
As you seem to doubt their morality, are you sure they're not Ferengi?

Just a thought, surveyors have a governing body RICS and I am not sure they can operate without professional indemnity insurance, why not land a thumping great complaint with their governing body about their conduct ( YOU HAVE A COURT ORDER AS PROOF ) and advise the surveyor you want to know who their insurers are and take it up with them, it is just a thought but may be worth looking at.

Sadly that is always the case. :/

Sorry - I've been away for a few days. Reading your response to my last post, if there is no mileage in pursuing the insurers (I've not a clue about that), then yes, HCEO's would certainly cas=use disruption to the business and may cause it to fold. It depends what your main aim is here. If it's jsut revenge, then HCEO's would make life very uncomfortable for them. If it's getting your money back, you may be wise to do further checks on other creditors etc.... to see how realistic this aim is.

I wish you luck, whichever route you decide upon.
