You might get better results if you were to write to the organ grinder herself - link - rather than to her performing monkeys.

It's not a matter of having to remove one's personal data - it's just that one can never be quite sure who might see it.

For example, the letter to you concerning a certain "gent" convicted in Gateshead might have been seen by one of his friends who might then suppose that, as a reward for your part in what happened, you should be given the chance (and need) to reglaze your house or to undergo reconstructive,maxillo-facial surgery.

To be honest that's all over and done with and I wasn't a witness I was the victim as he used his car to crush me against my van resulting in many injuries, and I don't know how to remove it

Yet he secured a plea bargain whereby, in exchange for a trivial fine and (presumably) points on his licence, he pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention?

I suppose the problem was proving that he acted maliciously.

That's exactly what happened Clever Clogs because he was old and never been in trouble he gets away with a slap on the wrist whilst I sustained many injuries
