    Re: Lowell chasing me

I can't understand that they have not provided the evidence, I have wrote 3/4 letters all stating that they need to provide evidence of payments made and they just come back with a payment made on 4th August 2009 so this has been going on since December with the letters from them, I have emailed the OFT do you think I should add this to what you have wrote.

    Thanks

    Tony

You can if you like; or reword all of it if you want.

It was only a list of points you "might" like to make, from off the top of my head after briefly skimming through the thread again this morning.

          It won't.

For every one of these dud "debts" they've bought and wasted money trying to collect, there are several or many more on which their brag and bounce bullying will secure payments.

How else do you suppose Mucky Hall operate?

I meant to back off in this particular case, that is all.

It won't make any difference in general to the way they operate, I agree.

              Why bother?

We all know that the Office of Faffing and Twaddling will do precisely bugger all against those jerks.

Wouldn't reminding them of Arkell v Pressdram have the same effect?

Not really. I think Lowells are so used to that, they would ignore it with everything else. Potentially costing the idiots £500 though is something they might not ignore.

Obviously the other option would be to just ignore THEM. But with Lowells becoming increasingly litigious, it may be wise to at least let them know you are not falling for their bull before you do that.

I've noticed that Lowells are getting summons and SD-happy. Perhaps, it is time to send representations to the Attorney-General, along with supporting evidence of Lowells' abuse of the courts and legal system, with a view to them and their incarnations being placed on the Vexatious Litigants List. It is the ultimate sanction against abuse of the courts and legal system and the decision to place a person or company on the List is not taken lightly. However, Lowells have been drinking in the Last Chance Saloon for too long and time needs to be called on their unacceptable and out-of-control behaviour.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.
